SpamNet: The first and largest spam-fighting community in the world
http://www.cloudmark.com/
Yes, it's an unwanted invasion, when these unrequested and unwanted emails keep coming. Have you ever received over 1,000 emails per day; more than 90% of which you did not ask for or want? Have you ever tried to stop the invasion by ignoring them, not opening them or have you ever tried to unsubscribe these lists? Actually, you have probably experienced that you can not unsubscribe to these unrequested lists, emails and messages because senders of these unrequested emails never mind. Intruders harvest and get your email addresses by using their email-address-collecting robots from websites, Anywhere you have posted your own email addresses on the net, those addresses are wide open for these email-address-harvesting programs and robots. Yes, we all know that SPAM is a World Wide Worry for all the Internet users, specially the professional or successful Internet entrepreneurs. But, is it clearly and deliberately saying that we can do nothing about these unwanted emails? Earlier, I personally thought the fight against Spam required that coalition forces came to this region (Middle East) for the fight against terrorism. However, as of 9 October 2003 (not as of 9/11) a company that stops spam called Cloudmark (TM), Inc. has extended Spam-Fighting relief to all users of Outlook and Outlook Express (R) [Outlook and Outlook Express are registered trademarks of Microsoft Corp.] Cloudmark's groundbreaking, peer-to-peer (P2P) solution (initially Vipul's Razor) proven effective at fighting spam since 1998 and now called SpamNet, has now more than 700,000 spam fighters, and they could have one more if you join them immediately today.
The mission is called 'Fight Against Spam' and uncle cyberspace needs you to join!
SpamNet the company that delivers spam protection to thousands of businesses around the globe is the first and largest as well as fast growing spamfighting community in the world. The program and this community keep over 95 percent of spam out of your inbox automatically and
immediately.
When you download and install this spamfighter program, when you get connected to the net to send and receive your messages, the program connects you to Cloudmark's SpamNet Server by which the entire community of people in real-time firmly shake hands and stand tall and strong to fight against Spam messages. When a spam message attack to your inbox, simply click the Block button to remove the message from your inbox and in this way you notify the entire SpamNet
community immediately. This automatically helps stop that spam message from being sent to other members of the SpamNet community.
Wow, it was the greatest feeling that I could finally do something about these unwanted messages keep coming to my mailbox. The successful SpamNet really works: If you think a certain message is not spam, you can click the Unblock button and share that intelligence with the entire network. Cloudmark's Public Relations Manager, Steve Mickle, told me that "SpamNet has a Truth Evaluation System (TeS) to guarantee that only valid spam messages are blocked. SpamNet never deletes an email; it is just moved to the "spam" folder so you never lose email you care about."
Another great news about this state-of-the-art program is that Cloudmark leverages this technology to deliver its enterprise solution, called Cloudmark Authority that stops spam at the gateway before it causes lost productivity, saps company resources and creates
corporate liability. Authority prevents spam from entering your network by analyzing the DNA of spam to predict whether or not a message is spam and to constantly improve itself. Through Authority and SpamNet, Cloudmark offers the most advanced and innovative methods for countering
the accelerating spam problem for both the end-user and Enterprise. Cloudmark Authority 2.0, has won this year's Best of COMDEX Finalist award in the enterprise software category from PC Magazine. This is the second year in a row Authority has been singled out by PC Magazine's editorial and labs staff for its technical innovation – an especially significant honor with the bevy of other anti-spam solutions at the show, as well as an announcement from Microsoft. Also Sendmail chose Cloudmark as the best anti-spam solution for its thousands of enterprise customers after evaluating more than 40 anti-spam products.
The company is leapfrogging traditional anti-spam companies and their obsolete techniques by fighting a distributed problem with a distributed solution and adding predictive technologies to crack the genetic code of spam.
I joined the community the very first day I learned about it and since then I can receive emails of my readers and subscribers to the editorial, I can easily find them. If I didn't know about this community, I would surely miss many of my own messages among the huge number of junk emails I receive in a daily basis. If I didn't know about this community and this great software program, and someone installed and launched the software without letting me know about it, I would surely say: "It's a miracle!"
